Ok so Pretty Ricky has released its 3rd (4th if u count Eighties Babies) album. Best album so far, the boys have really matured to men! With the introduction of the newest member Lingerie the group is on track!! With their biggest single of the CD “Tipsy” followed by Say a Command and Lapdance, they are really putting down the reason why they are the “Best male R&B group” and “Kings of the Bedroom”….Already a new album has been put into work, u can hear Spectacular putting together one of the songs verse’s (his) on SayNow! I don’t know about you all but I am already so excited for a new single to release!!

Now here is my purpose for adding a discussion…. before this album came around November of 2008 the idea of a street team was formed, then later put into effect late December, Early January 2009! It has been a year =) The team started out strong…..EVERYONE put in 100% to get the word and news of Pretty Ricky out to the world on and off the internet (a few projects where we actually went out in the streets and did our thing!) The news of Eighties Babies and Pretty Ricky coming back to the industry was spread everywhere! The BST truly exceeded the goal of getting the word out. Pretty Ricky their selves even started to help promote the street team and let everyone know about who we were as a group! That’s a big accomplishment to get the artist you are promoting to recognize your work......Then the Pretty Ricky album released, not as good sales as the last two albums but good considering their last album released January of 2007! My point, ITS TIME FOR THE BST/BSF etc….to STEP OUR GAME UP. I am being honest we as a team have feel off track promoting the boys, Just because the album released does not mean our mission is over by far!! It’s still actually people who don’t even know their album released yet (I heard it with my own ears!) This new album that’s going to be released need to be anticipated, meaning now only us as the BST/BSF need to be anxious for its release, but the music fans around the globe also!! Record sells are very important to a artist and the more commotion a album get, the more people are going to want to buy the album and speak on it….thus making more people wanting to listen to the album and so on and so on (you can see how important good press and word of mouth is)

That reason stated above is the whole purpose of the BST; to be the foundation and the word of the news of Pretty Ricky’s newest projects/appearances etc. There are many ways we can start and keep on task in the promotion of the album

We really need to step our game up because a lot of the members have feel off or completely stopped period on promoting Pretty Ricky. That is no good!! The boys put in 100% for their fans… meet and greets, Ustream, active social network pages and all that to show love for the Superstars…no other artist will ever even bother going through all that trouble!! And that’s a fact I can put my life on!! We need to do the same think back times 10!! This next album should pass up all of their previous record sells combined! You heard their music? Its more than possible they have talent!!! Soooo Get Up! Get Out and do something!!! Lol its strength in numbers and we definitely have the numbers so let’s GO!

Im never the one to be mean but the music business is keyword BUSINESS. the boys have really put alot of faith in the BST and expect us to reach their expectations. like I stated earlier "the whole purpose of the BST; to be the foundation and the word of the news of Pretty Ricky’s newest projects/appearances etc" just like with a job if u dont meet the requirements u are fired, or might just be pushed to the side as not important/a asset to the purpose! That that would b horrible!! Thats y i said we need a active list of members and alot more work put in...its not like we r on a dummy mission! Its a purpose. I put alot of thought into this at first i was worried b/c i didnt want 2cause any problems but everyone is mature so lets be honest! *lay all my cards on the table face up* lol at the end of the day it is what it is...we have a really strong team we just need to get back how we were..no better yet we should get better!! Its time for everyone to stand up to their expectations of responsibilities or keep it moving!
